Our exceptional wine cellar boasts over 16 000 bottles of 900 different labels including several grands crus, such as Château Lafitte, Romanée Conti and Mouton Rothschild, and it also has the owner’s selection chosen among the best Californian vine varieties at affordable prices.
A Trois Tilleuls cocktail, made with wine using the “champenoise” method and Armagnac, enhanced by raspberry flavours, can be savoured by the large wood-burning stove in the Irish Bar which has a well-stocked wine list.
The cellar offers no less than 120 brands of whiskies and bourbons, from the rare 25 year old Johnnie Walker Blue Label to the 30 year old Bowmore single malt, including Chivas, Glenmorangie, Glen Garioch and so on.
